The Guides

Ethan Ward
My passion for fishing began back home in Niagara, where I first learned the fundamentals and fell in love with the pursuit. That passion eventually led me west to the mountains, where I dedicated myself to deepening my knowledge of trout and refining my skills on diverse waters. Now based in Kelowna, I focus on chasing true trophy trout on Okanagan Lake and surrounding waters. My goal is simple: to share unforgettable fishing experiences, pass on hard-earned knowledge, and help others experience the thrill of landing the fish of a lifetime.

I’m an angler raised in Niagara with an Indigenous background rooted in respect for the water, the fish, and the grind that comes with earning them. My obsession pulled me west through the mountains, chasing colder water, harder fights, and bigger fish. I settled in the Okanagan to hunt trophy rainbow trout, with a simple goal: put people on big fish, teach them the how and why, and make every day on the water something you learn from and remember! Tight Lines!
